Your care begins with a initial contact call, followed by a 1.5-2H detailed intake session, questionnaire over Zoom to fully understand your health history, Lifestyle , symptoms and goals.

The more we know about your past and current situation, the better. 

I will then work on your personal protocol and deliver it to you once done. You will be able to contact me anytime during our healing journey together.

After your health assessment, I will provide nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations you can implement right away, Bonus you get a special price on supplements as my clients.
